the staff was so cute, and the super clean room. i was in a classic double roomwith a lovely space to relax after a long day exploring. the breakfast was a real highlight.. especially the fresh pastries and wide selection of hot items! i thoroughly enjoyed the free parking at the rear of the hotel.

i had a bit of trouble finding a staff member to assist with my luggage upon arrival. i think more staff at peak times could improve the arrival experience a bit.

The hotel is centrally located near the market square. Our Classic Double Room was spacious with a lovely padded bay window seat. Free parking behind the hotel was a nice bonus (very convenient!).

The room was quite warm, requiring us to use the provided fan throughout the night, which caused slight disturbance.

The staff helped us with check-in. They also stored our bags. Staff members serving our table were professional and kind and provided prompt responses to our requests during our meal.

This hotel is in a wonderful location right on the main Market Square. Two very nice lounges are on either side of the front entrance. These offer views overlooking the Market Square.

The hotel offers ample free parking with easy access. The provided breakfast was first class. The location is right in the town square, convenient for shopping and dining.

The room door rattled when people used the outside door. The stairs creaked loudly with every footstep. The toilet in the room above was easily heard.

I found modern decor in the rooms and bar. The location was perfect, very central. The staff was also friendly. Breakfast was excellent with varied options. The staff was very helpful.

The noisy room affected my stay, you could hear noise from the floor above. The shower was weak. The room was very hot, even with the fan.

the breakfast choice was fabulous (i liked the waffles).

the hotel was disappointing, especially compared to other coaching inns group hotels i've visited. on arrival, i was told i had been upgraded, but i heard almost everyone else got the same 'upgrade'. the room was next to the reception, so it was noisy. many drinks were not available at the bar.
